Family Child Care at Its Best

Family Child Care at Its Best is a series of early care and education classes offered by:

  • The Child Care Training Project,
  • UC Davis, and
  • Community Connection for Child Care

The Family Child Care at Its Best training series is offered free of charge to family child care providers, both licensed and license-exempt. The project consists of a series of classes, offered for continuing education units or academic credit. Participants earn .1 unit for each hour of class. For example, a 5 hour class earns .5 units.
