POP helps pregnant women have healthy babies by assisting pregnant women and high risk pregnant women with
  • Connecting with a doctor
  • Applying for Medi-Cal or AIM
  • Applying for WIC
  • Locating transportation
  • Stop smoking During the pregnancy and after the baby is born POP can act as a resource to link you and your family to valuable health, social and other services. After baby is born, POP will continue to case manage your baby to make sure he/she gets immunizations and regular check-ups by the doctor. Must be on Medi-Cal or eligible for Medi-Cal.
