A full-time Program Compliance Specialist position is available with a dealine to apply on March 18. Responsible for auditing Family Data files with regard to Contract Monitoring Review (CMR) compliance mandates. Verifies and evaluates each (5) child care center to ensure compliance with State mandates. Review attendance monthly. Ensures that policy and procedures are in compliance with Funding Terms and Conditions, Title 5 and Title 22, and Child Adult Care Food Program's are met.

Possession of B.A. in Child Development or related field with 3-5 years of experience working with children and families, proficient in Word & Excel, demonstrated ability to work independently, good analytical and interpersonal skills, experience working with general and migrant families, intake files, and children’s portfolios. Knowledge of revised Title 5 Eligibility & Need Regulations and California Department of Education Performance Standards, Title 22; licensing requirements, Child & Adult Care Food Program (CACFP) / ECERS & ITERS
