Quality Child Care Training Opportunities

Although many factors affect the quality of care, the education and training of child care providers are important indicators of a high quality care setting. Community Connection for Child Care offers free and low-cost professional development opportunities and resources for child care professionals and parents. • Child Care Initiative Project (CCIP)
  Aims to increase the capacity of family child care providers and improve the quality of care for infants and toddlers in family child care settings. CCIP also supports the training and development of non-English speakers. Participants may be new or existing providers that are expanding to a larger capacity or serving families during non-traditional hours/days.
